SD HEALTH CARE

SD HEALTH CARE is another wing of SD group of company concentrating on Natural health. There is now a very strong conviction among the general public that medicines extracted from plants and herbs used in antiquity and in the Middle Ages for treatment are the best medicines, having no toxic or any other harmful effects on human body. Ayurveda thus forms the foundation of much modern pharmaceutical research, with more and more modern medicines being prepared from medicinal herbs and shrubs rather than synthetic chemicals. In fact, the negative effects of modern medicines and their toxic effects have led scientists to fall back upon Ayurveda with more and more people across the world eagerly opting for the natural and herbal cures.

What is Ayurveda?

Ayurveda is a holistic approach to health that is designed to help people live long, healthy and well-balanced lives. It is 5000 years old medical science of India evolved from the strong cultural and philosophical back ground. "Ayurveda" roughly translates as the "knowledge of life" or "knowledge of a long life". Ayurveda deals with knowledge that can define the quality and quantum of social and personal health status and ways to restore, maintain and upgrade it based on the principles of Vedic metaphysics.

This system’s personalized approach to the treatment of disease is unique, focusing on the individual and how a particular illness uniquely manifests in that individual. At the root of this medicine is the concept of prakruti, an individual’s unique constitution determined at the moment of conception, which is fixed for the duration of one’s life. One’s prakruti is the specific combination of the three doshas vata, pitta and kapha. The proportion in which these doshas express themselves in one’s physiology and personality is one’s prakruti. It is the blueprint that reflects one’s innate tendencies. It is a truly holistic and integral medical system and surpasses all modern healthcare systems in its range of therapeutic modalities.
Ayurveda describes techniques and practices for strengthening, purifying and detoxifying our tissues and organs through a series of procedures called Panchakarma. It also explains how we can stay balanced and stress-free through yoga and meditation, which calm and purify our mind and emotions

Ayurveda begins when everything fails and when the treatment is uncertain and prolonged, ayurvedic approach is the right choice since it cures chronic and stubborn diseases by its deep-rooted treatment procedures and drugs.
